Great location, once we had parked the car we didn’t need to use it till we left. Staff really helpful, everywhere very clean, they were constantly making sure the restaurant floor, areas and tables were clean. The choice of breakfast was great. We stayed for 3 nights and there was different hot choices everyday. I would definitely stay there next time we go back.

6/10 Good

The staff and parking facilities were satisfactory. The room was decent on the first day, but on the second day, we had to change rooms due to a strong odor. I believe this is a common issue in all Ibis hotels that have been renovated.

We made a reservation and paid online in advance. We arrived at dawn, but we were informed that our reservation had been canceled due to the late arrival, which was a serious mistake. We had booked the room for one night only so we could rest for a few hours before continuing our journey. After lengthy discussions, and despite how exhausted we were, they finally gave us the room.

Antep e ilk ziyaretimizdi ,Kurumsal isminden dolayı gecemizi riske atmak istemedik ve ibisi tercih ettik, pişmanız tekrar konaklamayı asla düşünmeyeceğim bir otel, odalar çok küçük, koku problemi var, çalışmayan klimadan dolayı donduk, klima sorununu iletmek için 3 kez resepsiyonu aradım cevap verende olmadı
