"It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow. "

"Very clean, staff very polite, close to everything, definitely will stay again"

"Our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana in Oaxaca City was fabulous and way above the ordinary. The place is beautiful, the food very, very good, but what makes this hotel shine like a star is the service. Truly warm, helpful, and respectful people who attend to any and all needs with a beautiful smile. I cannot wait to return!"

"Conveniently located in the heart of Centro Historico. All the main attractions, great dining and mercados are within walking distance. The atmosphere once you entered the hotel is very calm and pleasing. "

"Good location, very close to old the places ,and the stuff are-very nice, clean nice rooms"

"Everything was perfect. Clean room, amazing staff members, the hotel is in the middle of the center."

"Beautiful and central. The attached restaurant serves nice breakfast and drinks. Relatively quiet for being so central"

"This is a fabulous place to stay! The staff is super-friendly and helpful. There is a delicious breakfast available on-site, on the rooftop terrace that overlooks Oaxaca. Excellent location. We would definitely stay here again."

"All of the staff members were amazing! The location was great, especially for seeing the fireworks on the rooftop during the Guelaguetza. The breakfast was delicious and the property itself was beautiful. "

"The staff was so helpful and attentive with both our arrival and departure. Rooms are clean as well as the rest of the amenities. The hotel itself it’s beautiful, my family enjoyed our vacation in Oaxaca."
