"We had a great 6-night stay at the Casona Corrales! Our trip to Cusco started off with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful top floor room with a small balcony overlooking the street below! The staff was very attentive and helpful whenever needed. They were even kind enough to have breakfast packed up to-go for us on our early morning expeditions! I used their laundry services at a very reasonable rate of 10 sols per kilogram (~ $15 US for 10lbs), and it came back clean and fresh. Another plus was the complimentary tea selection available with multiple varieties that help with elevation sickness, digestion issues, or just wanting a better, more relaxed night's sleep! Thank you for such a great stay!"
"Loved the hotel!
Excellent customer service
The food at the restaurant was very good.
Only thing our room felt warm even with the AC on. But we showered at night and that cooled us down. Besides that have nothing else to say. It’s walking distance to the main attraction areas and shopping. Liked the hotel very much."
"Staff were kind and attentive from check in to check out. Room was large and clean. Breakfast had a large variety and longer usual hours to accommodate guests leaving for different tours. My only complaint is the rooms didn’t seem very noise proof. I was near the elevator and staircase, and could people coming and going at all times and the different doors slam shut quite loudly. Would bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper."
"Fantastic stay at Cusco! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great and relaxing. Great location and delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!
Only downside was the nearby bars at night- but having the tv on at night helped!"
