Sonesta Hotel Cusco
10/10 Excellent
"We were surprised when we arrived, an excellent value for this lovely property. Dinner and drinks were wonderful. Hotel provided 2 bottles of water per day which doesn’t seem like a big deal but it really was a much appreciated touch.
No a/c however windows open, providing a very nice fresh breeze during the night.
Other amenities we enjoyed were access to tv programming in English, variety of shows and news, mini fridge in the room, coffee station and a safe.
Terrific value, we couldn’t believe our luck!"
"The hotel was excellent, the location was great, the amenities were very good, the staff was very solicitous and efficient.
We had a lovely stay there."
"The Union Hotel was great! The hotel is one block away from San Pedro Market and San Pedro station as well as a 10 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its a great place to be to in Cusco of you prefer to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the City. They also have a cute patio with events most days of the week. A plus is that you can order a car from the airport and back.
The rooms are cute and spacious. The beds pretty standard but not over the top. I didn't know I needed a rainfall shower but that was a nice surprise. Anyway stay here! The staff, including Juan, Abelina, and Daniella, are nice and very accommodating whether English or Spanish speaking 💜"
"Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The area is quiet and close to the plaza. There are many steps and ramps involved when going down and back up and the streets are narrow but easy and to navigate. The breakfast was delicious with many options and eggs cooked on request. The staff are friendly and helpful with good English skills as needed. "
"The hotel was the perfect location and choice for our Machu Picchu, Peru trip.
The location, facilities were perfect.
The staff, with their constant warm Peruvian smiles were amazing, they went above and beyond for us, tending to our every need.
A lovely extra was when we visited the very cute and adorable baby alpaca called “Pancheta” who came to the hotel each day."
