"Don’t waste your time reading the negative reviews and psyching yourself out like I did… this place was fantastic! Staff members new and old were knowledgeable and provided information when needed! Room was nice, all down to the scent of the lotions and soaps I loved lol. Had access to the gym, pool, everything! Only complaint? I couldn’t stay longer! (And the beds were kinda soft lol not worth dropping a star though! "

"Very friendly young man’s at check in. We arrived early post cruise expecting to be able to leave our bags. The young man informed us our room wouldn’t be ready until late in the day but he could provide us with an alternative double balcony, king bed room that was available immediately. That was wonderful Our room was super clean. The bed was excellent. We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that. Housekeeping arrived at 4 pm… we just opted for fresh towels. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate. Both our housekeepers communicated to us they did not speak English. Only downside was the lengthy wait for the lift. Only one lift was operating as the other was out of order and there seemed to be no attempt going on to fix it. Hotel is conveniently located to the metro and has a bar. We would stay here again if visiting Miami before or after a cruise. "
