family group which consisted of children as well. The rooms were nice and well kept along with the lobby. We used the pool which was indoor and nice and. My only complaint was there was no towels at the time we arrived but the staff did bring some out after we alerted them. There was construction happening but that did not affect our visit in any way. Book this hotel over the Hampton across the street!!"

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The only two issues was one of the beds in the room made a lot of noise when ever you made a move on it. The beds were too firm, not comfortable at all. In my opinion, the noisy bed need to be removed from the room and another one need to be put in due to this is a major issue when trying to sleep for all in the room. Medium or plush would have been more comfortable :-). Other than that, my family

"We stayed one night and the room was very nice! The room was very nice, very updated and new looking. We were able to log onto the Hilton App and choose what room we wanted before we arrived, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was very good. We also ate at the pizza/sandwich restaurant that is in the hotel and the food was very good. We did not get into the pool, but it was very nice, and it was quiet while we were there. "The staff is phenomenal. There was a mix up with my reservation and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my children and I. The breakfast was sufficient. Guest were not so kind and spilled beverages in the elevator that remained for more than 12 hours. Trash by the elevators on floor 3 remained in an overflow condition with dishes on a hall table also for over 12 hours. I wish guest would be more kind but perhaps this occurred between staff shift change. Other than that,...

"This was a great place for me and my younger children to stay. We had very little interest in going to the bars(due to the age of our children 10 and 13). So the park next door worked out great. There was also plenty of food choices in the right next to the hotel from fast food to fine dining. The shuttle bus that the hotel provided made it easy to go to and get back from downtown Nashville. Everything said I don’t think we could have had a better experience staying anywhere else. Thank you. "
