The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited.

Hotel staff were hiding the promo reduced rates for Christmas and it caused an issue before they finally accepted to show me the real promo prices! Wondering if they are keeping the extras for themselves....

Overall, would likely recommend 👌 the 24/7 Electricity is topnotch, the staffs are competent and helpful.

This place made me feel so welcome, everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. As a westerner (oyimbo) in a new country, I learned to curb my expectations a bit (like having an ATM that was always ready to dispense), but there were always workarounds for that. (Don’t visit Nigeria if you’re a spoiled brat!) The room cleaning service was EXCELLENT. It was always such a pleasure to return to a nice, clean, cool room after a hot day’s adventure. This hotel was outstanding. The staff was so pleasant and so accommodating . Everything was great. Rarely any outages with electricity and if so it was on within minutes. Would recommend this hotel
