4/10 Fair

The room smelled like mold, and there was a lot of mold build-up in and around the shower area. I did not have hot water for two days. The room was very small for the price paid. The staff was very nice and cordial, however.

Excellent staff! All the staff that we interacted with were very courteous, responsive and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy - ditto for the common areas. We also enjoyed the variety of food available for the breakfast. The WiFi however needs improvement - we were unable to connect some devices, but instead got the error that simultaneous number of device connections has been reached. Disabling other devices did not fix the issue. Altogether, a very positive experience and we will love to stay again here. Great and very helpful staff!
