"Great hotel rooms are great good size and bathroom also. The staff are very helpful and kind especially Imane. The only downside side is that the breakfast is very poor as no canteen or anything simple toast crossiant.
But good location and quiet"
"Really nice Riad. Tarik is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina which is what we wanted. Clean, nice rooms, etc. Would definitely recommend. Easy to catch the 12 bus (4 dirham per trip) close by and takes about 25-30 minutes to the main square but costs 1/20th or less. Buses are busy but easy."
"Nice clean property close to train station .Decent size rooms, good breakfast selection. Good AC unit which was greatly welcome on a very hot day.
Easy walk to Medina area..many other restaurants in area for food choices."
"We had an incredible stay. The staff is some of the friendliest people i have ever encountered. Totally amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the choices changed every day. The coffee was top notch. The pool was super nice with comfortable sun lounges . Everything was very clean. Our room was cleaned too perfection every day. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"Fantastic place to stay. Great for families. Clean and beautiful with friendly staff. About 40 minutes walk to media but there was bus and taxi options. Slightly noisy with traffic in one of the bedrooms in the night but manageable"
"The hotel is beautiful and the pools are nice. It’s wonderful having restaurants in the hotel too. The air conditioning works well and the bathroom is like a spa. Very nice hotel, we hope to stay again."
"Made a last-minute reservation after missing a flight. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the café downstairs. This was on a very hot day in Marrakesh and the air-conditioning was not working well in my first room, but the staff went out of their way to get me into cooler room. My daughter is enjoyed the rooftop pool while...
"We enjoyed staying at this hotel, staff is very nice and facilities very clean, very well located too, probably in the nicest area of Marrakesh, however the hotel is a little bit outdated…"
"I had a really great stay here The room was super clean and comfortable—I almost didn’t want to leave the bed The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a real lifesaver on hot days!).

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dinner on the terrace was amazing.
I was pleasantly, surprised how quickly they reached out after the earthquake to reassure us that everyone and eveything at the Riad was safe, and our upcoming stay wouldnt be impacted.
This hotel will take care of you and get to know you. The room was timeless and a classic Moroccan beauty. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh. The Jazz Bar essence and atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I had been transported in time but with all the amenities. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and been disappointed before but this one gets it right. We felt no need to even leave the hotel in the evenings with the jazz bar and two restaurants. Breakfast is also...
The staff was extremely personable. I watching the Champion's League final with one of the staff after check-in. There is a lovely cat who greeted me each day when I returned home. These graces are more than one can expect for at a large hotel. Stay here instead. It is wonderful!
We are a family of four with two children ages 13 and 11. We were looking for a Riad that had more than a dipping pool for relaxing and could accommodate a suite with two connecting rooms. (Hard to find at a reasonable price in Marrakesch) We also wanted accommodations that visually reflected traditional Morrocan architecture and craftsmanship vs staying in a big hotel. The Dar Rhzlane met all of these criteria and was so much more. The staff was gracious and kind and the hotel has a myriad of...
I always stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations! This time, we stayed at the Kasr, a private duplex with a terrace upstairs and a garden with direct access to the pool. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable—truly felt like home.
We had two Kasrs with connecting rooms, which made it perfect for our group. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the pool team, housekeeping, and in-room dining—every interaction was warm and professional.
The pools are massive...
Nice location in a more quiet part of the new town. The hotel was gorgeous, it looked like a lovely museum! The dining area was in a beautifully detailed room overlooking a quiet pool. One interesting feature of the room was a window in the bedroom that looked directly into the bathroom- right at the shower! You and any partner should be comfortable with this when booking the room.

Loved their breakfast and their warm welcoming staff. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel features modern furnishings and a trendy style. Wish we could have stayed longer to get to know the vicinity. It was convenient for a late arrival and close to the airport.
I have been postponing this review for almost 3 weeks as i knew i have to write pages of how wonderful this hotel is.
this hotel is perfectly centered in the most important area of Marrakech.
can can go anywhere to the most of the attractions in Marrakech in less than 10 min.
This hotel is super new so the rooms is super clean and comfortable.

The hotel was exactly as pictured online. We ended up here at the last minute, because the hotel we originally booked was AWFUL and we had to scramble and find something quick at night, and Hotel Ari did not disappoint. It was only for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent and we felt comfortable here and safe after a long day of traveling.
The restaurant was also very nice, we only had breakfast there, but it was very nicely designed!
