"My stay was very comfortable, the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to Taipei Main Station via the underground passage, making it very convenient to get around.The only minor point is that my room didn’t have a window, so I couldn’t tell the weather outside. Overall, still a great and pleasant stay."
"We are very happy staying at this hotel, check in was seamless, front desk staffs were very courteous, our room was very large with 3 beds, it was spotlessly clean. Many varieties & choices for breakfast, even the staffs in the break room were very friendly & helpful. Free snacks & various types of tea & coffee were available in the sitting area. The manager Mr Lee was very friendly & professional, he went out of the way to give us a ride to the MRT station on his way home after his shift was over. We have no complaints at all with this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Taoyuan."
