Hotels in Soemon-cho

"The location was excellent - located in the popular Dotonbori area, close to the long shopping street (Shinsaibashi), and very affordable. Buffet breakfast was also very good. Hotel staff very helpful."

"Everything was wonderful, but I have to talk about how absolutely sweet every member of the staff was that we spoke to. It was like coming home each night! Everything was very clean and extremely well kept, and we enjoyed staying in a traditional Japanese-style ryokan during our stay in Osaka. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Dotonbori, and within an easy half a mile from Namba Station, Kuromon Market, Nippombashi Station, and tons of shopping and tourist attractions. Can’t...

"Staffs are Super Nice ! I Booked 4th time during my Japan Vacation"

"The location of the hotel is close to Dotonbori, it made my whole trip experience even better. The ease of access getting to my room was nice, lobby was always clean."

"If you wish to stay in a neat, clean hotel located in the heart of Dotonbori, stay at Forza. This is our second time staying here and it is a perfect base to not only explore the local area, it is about a brisk 6 minutes walk to Namba Station. Despite the noise outside, the room was very quiet. They also supply water, coffee and an endless supply of room amenities such as razors, wash cloths and skin cream. Will probably return a third time. "

"Exceptional staff, warm welcoming and very helpful. Location is perfect in the heart of the action but quiet at night. Could not have booked better."

"First time staying at a Toyoko Inn. I’d definitely stay again - lots to love. Included breakfast is great. Also excellent facilities including laundry and luggage storage. Room was quite large too. The only thing I didn’t like was how hard the bed was. Pretty much the only thing keeping it from being 5 stars for me."

"Great location close to Metro Hotel room is small but all you need"

"Very quiet and clean room. A bit small but I guess that’s how things are in Japan. The location is really spot on as you are close to dotonburi and so close to the metro. I would highly recommend. "

"Overall, this hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Osaka. It is conveniently located near the train station, shopping, and Dotonbori. The hotel features friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great complimentary snack perk."

"The rooms were clean but its the Japanese style sized rooms which was fine because it was just me and my friend staying. But the room was really tight especially with big luggages. Breakfast buffet was amazing tho!"

"The location is very convenient, the nightly ramen/ice cream treats were fun, and the breakfast was more than ample each day! We stayed here with my parents in two rooms for three nights. When our AC malfunctioned on our first night, the staff was very helpful in relocating us. We have visited Japan over 20 times, and found this hotel to be very unique with a lively/fun vibe. If you are used to Western hotel rooms, you will find these very small, with correlating bathrooms...but when in...

"Great location for tourists and hot springs at sight and free drinks, popsicles and noodles. The staff are amazing helpful!!"

"It’s very close to dotonbori. We love facial moisturizer included. Hair curler was available. Room is small but clean"

"Good laundry service on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! Wonderful place for a family or solo traveler. Good location in Osaka. Will definitely stay there again my next trip to Japan."

"Clean hotel and great location"

"Great hotel in Namba, Osaka, perfect location short walk to everything including station but in quiet location to be away from all the noise. Staff super lovely and very helpful, 100% recommend to stay here, had fab few days"

"Love this hotel for all the comfort, cleanliness, perfectly located nearby metro and train station. Amazing onsen and even a Daiso next door. What more can you ask?"

"Stat 100%dry: the underground route to Dotonbori. If you want to head to Dotonbori without worrying about rain, your best bet is staying near Namba Station (Nankai, Midosuji Line, or JR Namba) and walking through Namba Walk. It is a massive, air-conditioned underground shopping avenue spanning over 700 meters. Packed with casual eateries, ramen spots, bakeries, cafes, fashion boutiques, and souvenir shops. Walk straight under the streets with zero rain, then pop up right near the covered arcades...
