The only thing I would have liked was for both rooms to have AC but regardless we were fine. Left the door open and soon it chilled off as well. "

Excellent location. Great staff. Rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully. This is my 2nd time staying here. Lovely hotel. Breakfast is amazing. While not close to all the major museums, it is extremely close to the buses that will take you to them in minutes. Also, only about 3 blocks from the bus/train station. Bus 200 will take you from/to Madrid Barajas airport. If I ever come back to Madrid, I will stay here.
Room was great, nothing to complain about. Also gym room was pretty good. I picked this hotel as it was very close to M7, so easy to get to and get back from Estadio Cívitas Metropolitano. Lots of shops nearby, a big Lidl right next to the hotel, great restaurants in a walking distance. Easy to get to the airport, if you dont have luggage, with the same metro. Room was large and very clean. Hotel location is just a 5 minute walk to the Ave. de las Americas bus terminal which provides city bus service to the airport and other areas as well as inter city service to other areas in Spain. Several good restaurants very close by.
The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean throughout and very comfortable. The hotel location is close to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions.
This was a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, keeping the traveler away from the hustle and bustle when comes the time to retreat and energize for the next sight seeing day! Everything a tourist needs to see in this city is within walking distance. I highly recumbent this place.
Hotel is amazing! Location, all renewed (hotel and room), spacious room, parking lot on-site($21), nice reception service, open 24h!!! Plus: great social area for coffee and work over the reception.
Two negative points:
# I tried to manage the room temperature from the room and it did not work. It is December so it is not a problem but maybe it would be an issue if it was summer.
# there was some hair on the floor and in the bathroom sink, shower.. I believe cleaning could be improved.
Incredibly unique styling and decor of the hotel. Each floor had it's own futuristic design (favorite was the 4th floor!) Concierge was extraordinary in helping us get the right room and make flight changes. Breakfast was outstanding, mixing "western" styles with the local cuisine. The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Front desk was amazing-- they made our stay really special by accommodating our early checkin and taking care of all of our needs.
Rooftop bar was also great!
Only negative feedback is that the room could have been cleaner (as there were some bits of broken glass on the floor near our mini bar)
