The only thing I would have liked was for both rooms to have AC but regardless we were fine. Left the door open and soon it chilled off as well. "

"We used this hotel to spend one night to catch a plane out of Madrid in the morning and it was perfect for this purpose. When we are staying in Madrid for sightseeing we stay at a hotel on the gran via. Very convenient shuttle was on time and efficient. The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant for dinner at the adjacent segment of the hotel the night before and the meal was really good as well. There were youth soccer teams staying there and having fun so the hotel has a family...

"Great hotel in a Madrid Suburb. The buses stop right outside the door across the street, the Metro is across the street. There are plenty of restaurants that are open late all around the hotel within walking distance. Because it is a small suburb there are plenty of pharmacies, tobacco stores, little bodegas ... it's fabulous. You can find anything you want. "Only stayed for a single night. The location is perfect as it's close to the airport. The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport as well. The room was a fair size. Only improvement suggestio. Would be to provide a kettle and coffee and tea available in the room."
"Helpful staff. Elegant propert. Very nice and clean room. We stayed one night here to be be close to the Ridyadh for a concert. About 10/15 minute drive to the stadium/30 minute walk - which was great!

The bar does reasonable food for a reasonable price if you're late arriving as we were.

What I did not like was the lady staff at the front counter the day that we arrived. She was not helpful to our inquiries regarding visit to the Royal Palace and other attractions in Madrid
We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.
Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. We were worried about using the metro but it was actually pretty easy!

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean throughout and very comfortable. The hotel location is close to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions.
Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok.
The location was excellent in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the air cond/heater. It didnt work; however, when we called, they came went into the roof in the room and the heat came on. Everything else was excellent.
Hotel is amazing! Location, all renewed (hotel and room), spacious room, parking lot on-site($21), nice reception service, open 24h!!! Plus: great social area for coffee and work over the reception.
Two negative points:
# I tried to manage the room temperature from the room and it did not work. It is December so it is not a problem but maybe it would be an issue if it was summer.
# there was some hair on the floor and in the bathroom sink, shower.. I believe cleaning could be improved.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. Cool location. Parking was convenient. LOVED the decor and art. Delicious breakfast. Santa Ana square had great food options. You are in the heart of the adventure and all the disco people will invite you to their clubs at night.
