We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. Great hotel at a convenient location. Clean, modern, trendy, nice breakfast buffet, helpful staff. My room was facing the inner court so no natural light at all. For an upgrade I could have chose a room facing the street but it is a busy street.

We spent one night here after a football game before flying home to the States. It was a perfect location to Vincente Calderon stadium, walking distance, very easy. The room was a good size, with very comfortable beds and a nice sized bathroom. We ate at the restaurant downstairs after the game. It was busy, but the staff was very gracious while we waited offering a drink at the bar and light snacks, as well as a complimentary appetizer once we were seated to make up for the wait. Lovely...

Enjoyed this hotel convenient to metro and bus. Friendly English speaking staff. Wifi was weak in room and they fixed the problem within a few hours of our reporting it. Excellent and free. Breakfast buffet offered goos variety.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station which makes it convenient. It was modern, clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside to Europe hotels is that they are very strict to how many can stay in a room so for 2 adults and our 10 year old son, we had to have 2 rooms.

Location close to Atocha’s train station that allows to quickly reach it walking was the main reason to choose the hotel. We got a big room with a good bathroom. Recommended hotel near the train station

Ubicación excelente, cerca a Mercadona y otros comercios. Espacio cómodo y la cocina con todo lo esencial. El AC muy bueno para la ola de calor de Madrid. Lo único que cambiaría sería adicionar unas almohadas, no eran muy cómodas.

Great service and excellent room. While not in the center of Madrid, it's a short bus ride to the main tourist sights, or the Atocha train station, and the buses stop very close to the hotel. There's also a metro stop right there, which takes you to the long-distance bus station, or to the airport. The only downside is very thin walls -- we could clearly hear the phone conversations of the person next door. A pair of earplugs solved that problem quickly, and didn't detract from our overall...
