10/10 — 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved my stay at PAX Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was incredible from start to finish. Igar and Mario went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and truly made my stay that much better. The customer service was exceptional, and I felt genuinely taken care of during my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend PAX Hotel to anyone visiting Madrid! 🇪🇸❤️ Thank you, Igar and Mario, for making my stay so wonderful!

Great location close enough to Atocha station, but far enough from the noise of the traffic around the station. And it was close to restaurants. The hotel room was small, but modern and clean.

New hotel in a quiet but easily accessible area. The staff are friendly and super helpful. We had an issue when one of us fell ill and they helped to extend the check out a little. Rooms are spotless and breakfast options modest but perfectly adequate ahead of the food fest that awaits in Madrid.

Greet location amazing staff clean well designed rooms , but when other rooms doors shut it shook my bed and the inter web constantly signed me off , I found a lack of cell service as well . Breakfast was clean and grey not 25$ worth but happy staff clean and effectively kept up . Close to skydance animation and some local hubs and of course the train station

Receptionist, Carmen was amazing, above and beyond helpful. This should have all been perfect scores. The hotel location is perfect for the station and near an artsy neighbourhood, which we really enjoyed. As a vegan, there are several excellent vegan restaurants and cafes offering vegan options nearby. The hotel offered vegan options for breakfast. Lovely quiet, safe feeling location, residential, immediately next to the hotel but no train noise. Rooms were large, well appointed, spotlessly clean, amazingly comfortable beds, great aircon, but we didn’t use this, because the area was quite enough to have windows open. Only downside was the state of the place at breakfast, the young man doing breakfast service was hopeless and completely disinterested. He moved like a snail, didn’t clear tables, some guests arrived and he simply watched them, as they needed to sit at dirty tables, I mean, piled with other peoples dirty plates etc, because he wasn’t clearing them as people left and the area is very small, it needs to be cleared away when people leave. The receptionist came and started restocking the buffet, because he seemed oblivious to the many empty containers. He was painful to watch and he needs either intensive training, a sense of pride in his job, or a new one.

This was a good property to stay! We arrived after an overnight flight from Chicago. Only spent one night in Madrid before leaving on train to Malaga. Everything was fine. Close and walkable to the train station!
