Chose the hotel due to its convenient location between the Hauptbahnhof and the Ring. Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!
I wasn't going to give this hotel 5 stars but some of this hotel staff saved our holidays. Basically we booked and asked for baby cot in the room and was not send to our room even though that we have asked the receptionist on duty to send one but again this was not send. I've called the reception in the evening and a receptionist (very friendly gentleman) provided us with a one mattress bed that we put on the floor and a baby cot. This is a nice small Holiday Inn with friendly staff and a great breakfast bar. Love the location, there are nice places to eat nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on a great location close to the train station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.
