Small, quaint hotel in the heart of Oak Park. Well maintained and very clean and neat. The Italian restaurant, La Notte was fantastic, both in food and service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!! This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

Valet parking staff are not really accomodating... i paid 55 for daily parking the valet back and forth was a bit more .. dropping your luggage and quick parking in front while not using valet shoud be permitted

Convenience store across street, lots of restaurants, Dunkin' donuts and coffee across street, boat architecture tour nearby, riverwalk nearby, several museums nearby and Grant Park with Cloud Gate walking distance.

Very pleased would recommend to anyone planning a visit in downtown and looking for a place too stay at a reasonable price love the fact parking is available on site for 39 tax might be a little pricey but it’s way cheaper than most places in down town I payed a total of about $150 including the parking for the night the only thing I did not like was that you can’t control the central air settings it’s controlled by the staff so I had too call a few time about it being cold so they decided too...

I liked that the hotel was near so many options for transportation and food. A nice amount of the locations where in walking distance. Although the rooms are small, you will not hear your neighbors. They also response quickly to concerns and complains.

Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent Fulton Market area. Walkable to excellent dining and shopping options. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and we loved the convenience of the attached coffee shop.

Our room was very clean and cozy I appreciated all the little details such as bottled water left for our stay and the fact we were provided cleaning supplies and laundry detergent pods for the in room washer very thoughtful. I will definitely book again in the future

The best experience! The hotel was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do! The hotel was so clean! The room was amazing! The design and comfort of the room was unmatched. Will go back!

Three day trip to Chicago. The hotel was a great central location in downtown and a 10 to 15 minute walk to most sites, Navy Pier, River walk, Michigan Avenue, all the great pizza places. The hotel was smaller compared to most which we loved. Room was updated, bathroom very nice and king sized bed very comfortable. We used the blue line to get to and from O’Hare via Clark station (a 12 minute walk from hotel.). We used the red line via Chicago station (10 min walk from hotel) to go see a Cubs...

Excellent stay with the exception of parking. They lets us know about a 7 min walk parking for $30 a night. But there was street parking or self parking behind Trump Plaza.

Great location by the Christmas Market in Daily Center. 24 hour coffee and cocoa in lobby was nice.

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean.
