"The entire building is under renovation. But other than that, everything was fine. I loved how I had my own privacy within the little cubicle. I love those things. Next time I come to Montreal, I will probably stop in again. I also liked the many coffee shops and art galleries situated nearby. "
"This was our last over-night stay returning to Ontario from PEI. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was great, beds comfortable and washroom accessible.
The Sunday breakfast was just perfect as we set back on the road. We traveled with our dog, these is a pet fee. Near by is a huge waterfall that was $16/ per to get into and see up close. We did Uber Eats from poulet rouge. It was delicious and healthy. We willbemaking this a stop on our next east coast adventure."
"Very inexpensive for Quebec City. A bit dog-eared. Neighborhood was okay. Location was excellent--short walk to some restaurants, short drive to Plains of Abraham and adjacent attractions. Breakfast was blah--white bread, mass produced bagels, hard boiled eggs, but you get what you pay for. Room was huge. Overall good value for the money."
"We loved our stay here. The staff were really friendly and everyone spoke English which was helpful for us with inadequate French. The lake was just stunning and we had a brilliant view from our room. There is a supermarket just up the road that we utilised and the food was great although menu was limited. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you want something different and appreciate the use of the lake equipment and beautiful scenery."

"The Auberge Tresor is a wonderful place to stay and explore Quebec city. The location could not be any better, the property itself makes you feel like you are in Europe. The 1640 restaurant for breakfast was great and got you all fueled up for a day of walking and exploring. This was the second time we have stayed there and each time the staff has been friendly and helpful."

My family and I had a great time staying Entourage, the view was phenomenal from my Penthouse room. And the bar and restaurant downstairs offer great selection of beverages and foods. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t try the spa services at the resort but look forward to going back for another vacation.
Queen room was excellent with beautiful,large tub and a patio. No elevator, but I didn't mind bringing the luggage upstairs. The QR code meant to explain the amenities didn't work on my phone but with a fridge and microwave in the room I didn't need much.
Very much enjoyed the hotel. It was central in old Quebec, the staff was very helpful. We had a room with a fireplace which added warmth and ambiance. The hotel also has a nice library room with a fire, games, expressi machine. A nice place to relax before heading out into the city. Restaurant in the hotel is good - farm to table. Overall very enjoyable and would stay again

Staff very accommodating and very friendly.The hotel was very clean with comfortable bed. They secured our luggage until checking in at 4:30 ( there was a delay in having our room ready at check in time ). There are several steps to climb , and with luggage or any kind of leg injury you will have difficulty reaching the front desk area ) . Isaac was very warm and welcoming when we checked in. He gave us recommendations for food and it was spot on. I would not have had the same experience if not for Isaac. He always greeted us when we came in and out of the hotel and felt like he was glad to see us.

This boutique hotel was perfectly located for exploring Old Quebec City. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room which seemed newly upgraded. It was comfortable and very private. We certainly look forward to staying here again.
Positive in all ways, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was exceptionally clean, breakfast very good, parking easy, and location convenient for catching ferry to Quebec City. Little things mean a great deal when traveling, like good coffee and herbal tea round the clock, and magnifying mirror in room. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Fabulous location a block from the Chateau Frontenac facing the river and the boardwalk. The desk staff was wonderful with great suggestions. Room cleaning was lacking. We had 4 rooms and 2 of them never had maid service. My sister had to ask for fresh towrls at the desk.
