Top landmarks in Ballard

The marina here is massive. With thousands of sailboats and powerboats you'll wish you had a slip. As you can see by the photo there were a few sailboats. If you want a sunset cruise, there were a bunch offered here. It's also a nice walk just walking down the marina and onto the beach further north.

You can stroll along Shilshole Bay Marina for relaxing water views when you're in Ballard. Let yourself be amazed at the art galleries in the area— your cultural tour starts here. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you carry on walking you'll get to Northwest 57th Street End, 45th Avenue West Street End, and West Sheridan Street End for some more water views.
