Had business in the city the week before so we finished our last night at The Edgewater, paid for an upgraded room with a balcony on the water. Woke up to a huge cruise ship disembarking. Lots of history, views, with a great location walking distance from PPM.

The only thing I would mention is to remind guests that they can call guest services to help arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. Since I used to work for Marriott did I know exactly what and to who to contact. The entire staff, was awesome! Especially the ones outside!

Very small room, long hallways, one elevator, lots of train noise all night fireplace that doesn’t turn off, Toilet lever had to be held down very long for it to work. Mariners game not available in the bar - just the scenic reel that ran after the World Cup game. Dated and overpriced. Surprise “resort fee” charged upon check-in. No breakfast available until 7:00.
