"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and explore nearby areas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant...

"First of all, I think the property listing on Expedia should be removed. It was an hour + cab ride from the airport (100 uds), even the cab driver said he had never been to that part of osaka. Then, 3 flights of stairs with luggage, no elevator, impossible to figure out the key to get in, chef from the restaurant next door had to contact them and get it figured out, in japanese, of course. The room was musty and smelled of mildew, took half a day with a/c full blast and patio door open to...

"Spacious room, polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Next to subway station."

"Great location with the panoramic view of Osaka City. A short walking distance from the JR train station (Bentenho). This area has a shopping mall, restaurants, convenience store(Family Mart), so there is no need to pay more than 3000yen/person for the hotel breakfast."

"Liber is a beautiful hotel, grand foyer and friendly staff. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view of the harbour. Beds were comfy, but if you are 6ft or taller - your legs will hang of the bed. We stayed here for universal studios, which is a an easy short walk. You also have the train station at your doorstep and 711 next door or Lawsons."

"Steps away from Shinsekai but still quiet enough that you can’t hear the chaos outside. Close to train stations "

"Great hotel! Spacious room, very close to Universal Studios Japan, several combinis and coffee shops. Also very close to a train station. Great amenities, clean and well maintained hotel - would highly recommend."

"Great Hotel Good amenities Close to a train station and lots of restaurants and shopping. When booking a room make sure to reserve on the west side of the hotel as train runs above ground on the East side and can be a bit noisy."

"The place was very clean and comfortable"

"Kind staff and convenient location for the limousine bus from KIX airport"

"I extended my stay from 3 to 7 nights, that is how please I am with this hotel. Feel very new with separate toilet and washing area, has tub as well. Practical to stay on laundry floor. The neighborhood is a little trendy with lots of great little restaurants everywhere. Right across from a ramen place that seems popular with manga fans. Staff very nice courteous and helpful. I had a date mixup and the hotel helped me out, very grateful for that. The other big plus is Netflix in room. A little...
