Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

This hotel was right in the heart of Namba so close to the train stations and tons of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We loved having the washer/dryer in our room so we could do laundry while we were out.
