"Great location!!"

"Excellent stay. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Excellent breakfast."

"Great location 2 blocks to Lake Michigan! Room was very nice. Bed was really comfortable except it was low to the ground like a futon. No coffee maker in room. coffee in lobby. Parking is valet and convenient but pricey 82 per day. Fir us it was worth it. Navy pier is close, LINCOLN PARK ZOO has the best gorilla exhibit ever! And zoo is free! Dont go to saquarium if it a football game day no parking so we missed out. The boat tour at Navy pier is so worth the low cost to see lake Michigan!...

"Best location possible. Loved the river and night skyline."

"Great location, comfortable, spacious rooms, and great staff. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is the best I have stayed at in Chicago, and I've stayed at several. Easy walking to Willis Tower, Water Tower Place, The Mag Mile, and the lake. The restaurant has great food and the bar is a great place to unwind at the end of the day. I will be returning to this hotel for my future trips."

"Nice place to stay great views"

"Wonderful location in the heart of downtown Chicago and the River Walk. Very welcoming staff set this stay apart!"

"The was a fantastic size with a bed area, sitting area and an office area. Bathroom was average and water took a long time to get hot so started it about 10 minutes before stepping in. Elevators could take a little time but not a big deal. Vallet was friendly and efficient. Only occasionally could we hear other guests if outside your door. Property is a fantastic downtown location just slightly off the beaten path to not feel crowded. Right off of Lake Shore Drive so it’s really quick and easy...

"I've stayed here several times. I love its location close to the Clark/Lake Blue line."

"Had a wonderful weekend at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Great location, service and very clean and comfortable room."

"Clean and good location especially for the people who like walking by the lake. Breakfast was the only reason for me to rate 4 out of 5."

"This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago. The river walk is directly across the street. If you don’t mind a 15 minute walk, you can also walk to Navy Pier. This hotel is also steps away from Hello Kitty Cafe, Michigan Ave, and plenty of restaurants and stores. If you’re u want to go to grab a cup of coffee at the World’s largest Starbucks, stay here because it’s a short walk to pretty much everything. The train station is about a 10 minute walk and Spot Hero is the best option if...

"Excellent location! Great views from our room."

"Great place to stay and a great location. Just a block from the train station and a couple off blocks from Michigan avenue. Good restaurants and shops close by. Free breakfast and happy hour are fresh and delicious."

"Great location! Loved the property, would stay there again"

"Convenient location, walkable, and close to public transit. Property seems older but is well maintained. Twin-sized beds are definitely small but that is the room I chose. Slight issue at check-in due to the room not being ready but the staff was extremely considerate and helpful. It was also much cheaper than a lot of other options in the immediate area."

"Our stay was ideal for easy access to the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, Millennium Park and the Chicago River and the beautiful Riverwalk. The accommodations and staff were superb."

"The CitizensM was a great hotel with clean rooms, pleasant staff l, and beautiful decor. I would recommend this hotel in Chicago and Miami locations"

"The facility is beautifully old school. The staff extremely attentive and polite. The breakfast was perfect and priced very reasonably for Chicago."

"Great stay, comfy bed and puts you close to all things downtown Chicago. Would stay here again"
