We were able to get a beautiful garden view room and the price was very reasonable. We ate at the restaurant twice and enjoyed the sunset views down at the beach. The weather was hot and muggy, which limited what us old ladies could get out and do, but enjoyed our time never the less."

Very intimate, we had the partial ocean view just steps away from the beach. Room was very clean,had everything you need stocked in the kitchen for cooking. This was our first time in Maui and we loved the island and the hotel where we stayed (Aston Kaanapali Shores). The room was clean, the pools were warm, the ground were beautiful, the staff was polite and friendly (housekeeping ladies were very attentive and efficient), and the price we paid was quite reasonable. The hotel location was very convenient for our stay and easy access to all what you need - restaurants and groceries. Walking distance to Costco if you're its member and taking advantage of it, especially its gas price was much cheaper to the others when you have rental car like me.

The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around.

Great property for 4 people, the house is well equipped with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable with 2 good sized bedrooms, plus a separate little room with a pull out sofa. One of the bathrooms had a huge shower with dual shower heads and a washer and dryer. I would recommend highly recommend this property. The Mana Kai is a great place to stay in South Kihei with all that it has to offer. It's right on the water at the top-end of an amazing beach with fantastic access to all amenities.
I love being able to go to the gym (that has great new equipment), come up stairs have breakfast, rent a paddle board then walk straight to the beach for the morning baptism in Maui's warm Waters all within the same property. Immaculate and beautiful property. Check-in was easy, although had a couple minor hiccups due to the weather complications; however, all staff were extremely friendly and supportive given the weather situation. KBM was easily accessible and responsive via phone/ email, which I was pleasantly surprised as a lot of companies don’t respond as quickly or you’re on hold forever. Had an absolutely wonderful time and hope to return!
We chose to stay here rather than go to a resort, we saved money and we had the freedom to cook out meals when we wanted to. Very close walking distance to the beach(literally across the street) and to shopping centers both to the right and left of the Condos. Shut up and book this place already!
The apartment was prepared with all the necessary amenities. It was spotless, smelled great, had plenty of soaps, towels, and beach necessities, and air conditioning was even left on, so the apartment was quite comfortable upon our arrival. Napili Village Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to have a nice and relaxing vacation. Maui Coast Hotel was an ideal base in Kihei! It was centrally located right across the street from Kamaole I Beach, and while I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying anywhere in Kihei without a car, there were definitely places to eat and hang in walkable distance in both directions, and the hotel also offered a complementary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. For those with cars, the plentiful free parking was a nice contrast vs the predatory parking fees at the Wailea resorts.

Maui Seaside hotel is very clean they take great care of their landscaping. They have a great view and is close to the shops. Staff is friendly and they even have an airport shuttle for free.
The setting here is wonderful. We could see and hear the waves whenever we were in our room. We had many meals on the balcony. But if you want a ocean view, make sure your building is one that has an ocean view. Ocean front rooms are more expensive, of course. If you don't care, the garden rooms have a very nice garden view as the gardens are nice too. Both the Gazebo restaurant and Imu BBQ were reasonable and delicious. We stayed 6 nights here and are very happy with our decision! The staff is very friendly. We had our breakfast every morning in the garden. They have brand new beach chairs, towels and umbrellas they will lend you for your stay which we used all the time. Rooms look like they were recently remodeled. The overall upkeep and cleanliness of this property was very good. Loved our time here!
