I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that. Great location to. Melbourne airport, very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent place to stop for the night. It's close to some shopping, and only 15-20 minutes from the Melbourne airport. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and they offered complimentary access to the full gym and pool which is located right next to the hotel. The hotels.com ad said breakfast was included in the rate. When I went to check out, the desk attendant told me that it is never included in the rate, but that they would honor the hotels.com ad. Hotel is located on a side street and conveniently located to many attractions. The room was clean and pleasant and breakfast was delicious.

The stay at Hotel Windsor was perfect!

Great value for the money. Excellent gym space, pool and hot tub. One little thing is that the room card key reader that you use in the elevator for security purposes typically requires several attempts in order for the reader to recognize the card and allow you to select your room floor.

Hotel staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Convenient location for my personal desire to be close to Chinatown, Bourke St. Mall and Her Majesty's Theater.
