"When the hotel is full there is not enough sun beds on the roof terrace and people keep towels to reserve and the staff are not policing it. The breakfast was ok but I have had better breakfasts in a lower standard hotel. The first morning they removed cheese and ham board at 10:45 and didn’t bring it back the breakfast is until 11:00 on weekends"

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel, perfectly positioned to explore all Malaga has to offer - and there’s lots! We loved the rooftop pool area, the room was spacious and very comfortable and it was just a great stay!"

"Throughout my stay, the room temperature remained at approximately 16°C despite the air conditioning unit being switched off. I raised this issue with your reception team on multiple occasions. Rather than repairing the fault, your staff acknowledged the problem by offering me an additional heater — effectively admitting that the room’s climate control was defective and that no proper fix was available. As a direct result of being forced to sleep in these conditions, I developed a severe flu and had to consult a doctor, who prescribed strong medication to treat it."
