"One night in Kolkata before our flight home and wanted to treat ourselves. Fantastic service, all staff very helpful and accommodating, nothing way too much. Pool was quiet and relaxed and a well equipped gym. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice with local favourites and our waiter Aditya was amazing and arrange a lovely cake for use to take away. Will certainly be coming back. "

"The stay was made beautiful by the extremely attentive and supportive staff. They were kind, and patient and all together lovely. Special thanks to Shruti hostess at dining hall"

"Very nicely welcomed, stayed in room 101, a small suite in the heritage building and everything at 5 star level. Food and drinks was good and serving far above normal Indian level. Only small complaint is that every time we got into our room in the afternoon to take a shower -just after having taking off the clothes off - someone rang the doorbell and asked if we were nereding anything. Chreck-out again smoothly and professionel. Definitely a place we will like to stay next time in Kolkota. "

"The hotel is a heritage gem in the center on Kolkota. While it doesn’t boast the polish of a newer hotel, it checks the box on every comfort including AC, a beautiful upstairs sitting room full of historical photos and antiques as well as a lovely garden terrace to take one’s meals. The staff is gracious and attentive."

"The hotel was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. The concierge Amit seemed to be looking out for me. He was very helpful in everyway. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, although the staff did seem to have a hard time keeping everything fully stocked. I would definitely stay again."

"I appreciate the close proximity to the Kolkata airport. Easy enough to walk to it in about 10-15 minutes if you dont mind sweating a lot! The queen bed is very comfortable and I love the buffet breakfast, mostly Indian and delicious!"

"I really loved the personalised service provided by the owner as it is a family owned hotel and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you're at home. Nice food for breakfast, the owner even took us into the city and assisted us during our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. It was a nicely located property and a very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here only during my future trips. They also accomodated a late...
