Hotels in Congdon Park

It was very comfortable & spacious as well as extremely quiet. Elegant place to stay.

We had a lovely visit to Salyard’s Mansion in Duluth! The Ryerson Suite, and the mansion itself, was charming and cozy. As a “boutique hotel” it’s NOT a bed and breakfast. They did have coffee, tea, yummy homemade muffins, scones, etc. in the foyer in the morning. The living room was decorated very nicely and the all-season porch had places to sit and visit. The building felt safe with codes to enter, and we were free to come and go without bothering anyone. Our suite had its own sitting...

Everything was clean. The staff were respectful and promptly addressed--and resolved--our noise complaint (a woman next door was singing folk music and playing her guitar, and if I had been in a mood receptive to this sort of thing, in a Edmund Fitzgerald tragic sense, perhaps, while looking out over the waters of Superior and digesting the forlorn aura her voice projected through the wall, I would've let it go on later into the night.) The grab-and-go breakfast pantry was well-stocked with a...

I will stay here again and again! It was peaceful, comfortable, and incredibly clean! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner accommodation. Also, we left a week ago, and I’ve thought about the comfortable bed every day since. I have already recommended the GG Barnum mansion to family and friends.

We had a very scary incident occur while staying at this hotel that the staff handled exceptionally. Despite that event, I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Inn is family owned and they have done a wonderful job with the little necessities such as sheets that feel like butter, having an umbrella, shoe horn, wine tool for your use, nightlight in the bathroom, and a light up makeup mirror! Property was very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was incredible! They bring in baked goods from a nearby bakery, delicious coffee (local too). They also offer a good variety of breakfast items. Will definitely recommend to others! And it’s right...

Very much enjoyed our stay. Staff were very kind and hospitable. Rooms are very nice with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Silos restaurant onsite is very good and affordable. Definitely would recommend Pier B resort to friends.

Perfect location in Canal Park! Easy walk to shopping, restaurants & the lift bridge. Watched ships enter & leave the harbor from our patio.

Beautiful views great history in the building, clean and quiet helpful staff. Great shops and dining.

Stayed here for a concert. Location is great, but the value is way overpriced. It's a hotel! That we we're in for 18 hours! Prices have gotten out of control....

This was such a fun and unique place to stay. We went in not knowing what to expect and were completely charmed. The place (at least the first floor) is under renovation, but they confine the work to M-F working hours and we never heard any construction noise from our room on the second floor. Do not let the construction scare you away. The room was large, with everything we needed, and comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable, the temperature was easily controlled, there were sufficient...

Everything was great! I am a pumping mom, and having the full kitchen was great for washing parts and freezing milk. The room was nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything you could need. The bedroom was small, just enough room for the bed, not much room for bags, but there was space in the main room for items. We were next to the stairs and heard some noise from people on the stairs and some noise from the room above, but it was not too disruptive. The only thing the room was missing was...

Location very convenient to dining the hospital and the lake walk. Parking easy to get in and out of and reasonable since all nearby street parking is paid not

We rented a 2 bedroom suite and it worked out wonderfully for two couples. The dining table was big enough for playing games together. We were on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of Duluth's harbor area. The only issue at all was low water pressure, but I'm not sure if that is unique to this hotel or that area of Duluth.

Fun Location and close to the action. Breakfast Foods were not fresh. Fruit and Bread products especially. A Potato option would have been nice.

First time doing our own check in. It is in a very nice location close to shops and right off the lake
