The property was clean and really nice. The add says there is a place to purchase snacks and a wellness center. After talking to residents I was told that part has not been added yet but will be soon. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was so loud when it kicked in a person couldn't hear the TV. It also woke us up evertime it turned on. If that isn't something that would bother you then definitely stay here. The building and location are great. The views are beautiful.

The property is a new apartment rental complex that’s renting out rooms until they’re all rented. Expensive. Did not receive a “lake view” even though we were the only overnight guests. Rooms are pretty but no usual hotel amenities…like a blow dryer. No shelf or holder in the shower so their provided shampoo/conditioner sit on the floor. No bedroom door (open to sitting area). No bathroom ventilation.

Positives - stayed there for the views and they did not disappoint. Hanging out on the balcony with the full moon over the lake was great. Negatives - there was a $20 fee to use the fitness room. If you wanted to use the sauna or more then the cost went up a lot. Already paid a lot for the room! The AC unit was very loud. Had to turn it off and hence the room became quite warm. Windows don’t open so it was a no win situation. Had to empty the trash! Are you kidding. Paid $250 for the night and I have to discard the trash. Ridiculous! Ceiling was unfinished as if it was an art statement but in reality it was just a concrete unfinished ceiling. Would never stay there again.

This place is new and has some kinks to work out. I wouldn't say it's very family friendly, the design and aesthetic is pretty industrial modern, and the mute rooms were nothing like the picture description. The white walls and cement ceilings left me feeling like it was more prison-cell like than warm or cozy. My son was in tears because the ceiling scared him so much. Perhaps my own fault, but in my defense the pictures made the feel look much more welcoming. The appliances were brand new, but the washer/dryer and microwave both blew circuits that needed to be reset. No linens for the pull out bed were in the room but that was easily solved by asking the staff. Lastly the walls were thin, and since dogs are allowed you can just hear dogs barking in the halls and from your room. The staff and amenities were nice, but IMO just a very stale vibe.

The place was very accommodating to me and my 2 dogs, my pups had a spot to do their business and were treated like royalty. The room was super clean and very nice to come back to after a day of adventures. 12/10 would recommend this place to a friend.

The hotel was nice enough but they put a $75 hold on my credit card that they said would be immediately put back on my card at check out. After arriving home seven hours after check out, the $75 was still not in my account. When I called to inquire the front desk guy told me it might take up to a week. When I expressed that I was not happy about that and that I’ve never had anything like that happen he said, Well thanks for calling and hung up before I could say more. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never had my money not show back up immediately in my bank account. Not impressed. Plenty of great places to stay in Duluth, I’ll skip this one in the future.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Close enough to get to the lake front for a walk. Beds were comfortable. A full kitchen was so useful as we were traveling with coolers and ice packs. Very quiet. New building so everything was clean and in Working order. We would definitely stay again.

Very new building that is intended to be high end apartments. Before fully rented they are using some of the rooms as "hotel" rooms, but it is not a true hotel experience. Limited amenities are available to the "hotel" guests. Only 2 sets of towels and no way to get more. No daily room cleaning. So nice place but don't expect the normal hotel experience. They are dog friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this new, modern suite hotel! Our room was immaculately clean, new and modern. If you will be in Duluth, it would be worth the upgrade to pay for the water view. The big windows in our room faces the parking garage. We hope to stay here again soon!

Brand new hotel was very beautiful and clean, but not ready to host guests yet. Many things were missing like the door handle to the balcony, waste bin in the bathroom, spare bedding for the pull out and the bridge to the parking ramp. Staff were helpful but kept insisting everything we needed as already in the room and didn't believe us until they came to look for themselves. Having to repeatedly ask for everything we needed was exhausting. Even had to put the duvet cover on ourselves.

Brand new spaces. Very convenient location over looking lake Superior. Very easy to walk to many places to eat as well as the Aquarium and Amsoil Arena. Staff is super friendly and it was easy to check in. The rooms also do not need keys or cards, you make your own code to enter your room.
