"Absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. The onsen experience is magical. The buffet is outstanding. The hotel also arranges for taxi service with pickup and drop off at the Shinkansen station, eliminating all stress about transit. I would consider staying here for a little longer next time. "

Yuischi concierge and his team went above and beyond to help me when I lost my passport including calling Ubers, train stations, printing maps with translations and checking in until it was found.
