"Location was great, close to shopping mall, quick access to major arterials and highways. Lots of walking noise from upper floor. No noise barriers in between the floors. Availability of hot beverages like coffee anytime. Breakfast was ok, but could have been better with a bit more variety of pssteries"

"My stay here was great! Every time I returned to my room, there were fresh towels in the bathroom, I loved the included breakfast and the bistro/restaurant option for dinner, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely utilized the concession store every day (water, coffee, snacks), making my trip easier before heading into the city each day. Many helpful amenities and accommodations. The TVs have streaming apps as well, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of places to sit (mine even had two extra ottomans stowed neatly away under the table where the coffee maker and ice bucket are kept which I ended up using). Easy check-in & check-out. There was never an issue finding parking. Near gas stations and grocery stores like Target. I'd definitely recommend this hotel! (:"

"I am a Marriott person so staying at this boutique was not idea at all. No amenities, coffee shop closed at 5 and no other places to go to get drinks or snacks. Hotel was old and considered leaving the first night but the rest of the attendees stayed at the hotel and complained about tvs not working, AC not working and still going back and forth with my $15 per day credit."

"Redmond Inn is in a very convenient location and despite being close to the freeway and a major road it is surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The included breakfast featured very good coffee (so important!) and the continental breakfast offerings were fairly standard. The waffles were OK. The housekeeping was minimal—they clean every other day, which is fine, but our second day was Sunday so we waited 3 days. When they came, I was disappointed to see the staff threw out my personal facial soap. In a friend’s neighboring room, the staff took the dirty laundry but didn’t replace it with clean, and also the bathroom outlet in her room didn’t work. All in all, it was an OK place to stay, just not terribly attentive."

"We had the song on our door that do not disturb or what it would be and they still came in and moved our stuff in our room. The fire alarm went off at 10 am the next day of our stay and went off at 530 am the next day ."
