"The best part of this hotel is the location and the staff. The Customer Service service is wonderful. The location is right behind the cathedral so it’s right in the midst of el centro histórico. The breakfast is wonderful with a lot if selection. The downside is the noise. I requested a room change after night 1 because if you’re on the atreet aide, thw windows are not double paned so you hear everything. And they have a lounge on the 7th floor open to the public so there’s noisey people at times."

"The hotel is a beautiful, historic building from the late 1800's. I had a spacious room with lots of natural light. It was well maintained and immaculately clean. They have a friendly staff and an excellent, included breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!!"
