"I had checked out early from another hotel and not only they allowed me to drop off my luggage but got my room ready earlier than their check-in time.
When I left the next day, they called a taxi for me to take me to the airport.

Great place, very good location , excellent breakfast but what made the difference was the people that work at the hotel : they make you feel at home and that is priceless.
My husband and I so enjoyed our three night stay here over Easter. Everything was superb, and I can't recommend it enough.
We had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and the food and service were so good, we weren't tempted to have dinner anywhere else. Choose a table in the conservatory, which is like dining in a jewel box. I highly recommend the strawberry "carpaccio" served with basil ice cream. Beautiful, clever and very tasty!
The staff was so friendly, the location was unbeatable, and the foods at the restaurants were amazing. The noise from the construction outside and from the restaurants above and below were a bit loud at times, but otherwise it was the perfect stay.
We have visited Cuenca several times and always stay in the historic district. This is the best hotel ever. It is beautiful and the staff was more than helpful. It has a beautiful dinning room and the breakfasts were very good--and included in the price of the room. We look forward to going back!

Staff made check in easy. Pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily. A convenient walk to the center of town. Room was cleaned daily and showers worked perfectly and an awesome view from anywhere in the hotel.
We enjoy staying at this hotel! I gave it five stars! The suite was clean, I email the hotel and asked for extra towels before arriving, they came through! Concierge were very attentive, breakfast the next morning was delicious!! Overall we had a great experience! 😊
The property is in a prime location everything is close the customer service is top notch, John from the restaurant along with the rest of the staff were excellent if something went wrong they were there right away, Steven is a super star and made our stay fantastic, yes there are noises due to the churches bells and other activities, you don’t need a rental unless you are traveling far everything is very walkable, the hotel is just excellent if the hotel adds a microwave and a mini fridge that...
Very enjoyable 7 night stay. Elevation of Cuenca is pretty high so had to take it easy walking around and there were lots of parks and plazas around with benches for "rest stops". The Centro Historico is truly impressive with the churches, buildings, and homes that have been kept in good condition.
The rooms smell very lovely and they are very clean, the bed is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The room is a nice size and the hotel looks wonderful and new.
