"The room is simple, very clean and tidy. The air con works and so does the fridge. Nice balcony and Davi on reception was very informative and helpful. The beach is only a stones throw away. The shower in room 107 was not working....water yes.... hot no..

"Ótimo hotel e muito bem localizado ao lado de uma avenida com acesso rápido e perto do Shopping Iguatemi (uns 100m).
Quarto pequeno, mas com tudo bem arrumado (conforto acústico e temperatura) e instalações aparentemente novas, porém com 2 defeitos no quarto que me hospedei; o box estava sem porta de fechamento do blindex e o vaso fica situado bem na linha da pia, não sendo possível ficar em pé para usar a pia e espelho.
Equipe bem atenciosa , tanto no balcão como no café."

"This hotel is right at the shore at Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza. It is away from the main strip called BeiraMar, which makes it quieter. The hotel is older and the area is runned down. Basic, but works as a bargain place to stay."

Nos hospedamos nesse hotel pela segunda vez e novamente nos atendeu muito bem. Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos, a equipe é bem preparada. A localização é excelente! Resumindo, o estabelecimento possui um ótimo custo-benefício para quem deseja ficar próximo ao Beach Park.
I loved staying here! The staff went the extra mile to make sure my stay was wonderful! The breakfast was great. The pool area was extensive with plenty of tables and chairs. I enjoyed the three minute walk to the beach. When I come back I will stay here again for sure!
This is an excellent hotel for the price, including breakfast.
You can safely walk to the beach from here, however after dark, watch your back on the streets! Praia do Futuro is known for its high crime rates.
That being said, there is a tourist police station very near this hotel.
Todo el plantel excelentes personas, cuidan muy bien a los niños, el desayuno y la cena muy rico y bien variado. Es un resort muy completo, la verdad las fotos que publican en sus páginas no hacen justos a lo hermoso que es el hotel.
