Clean room, staff was friendly (for the exception on one reception guy at night) but the others were very attentive and helpful all the time. We loved the waiter at the restaurant who served us he was AWESOME! I forgot his name but it was an older (short) gentleman. The check out staff was also very attentive and helped us by calling a taxi and helped us out to the car. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back

The location is amazing but I have been working with service in 18 years and I must say wow this service is maybe not perfect but it is close for me to say wow it is very good! Staff at lobby try to sell you tickets to restaurants and deceive saying you cannot get in without a ticket - which is not true. Then when you agree to buy tickets, they sell trough a personal account of their own and not associated with the hotel.

We checked in earlier than 15.00 and so were given a disable room which was quite big. View was not nice as we were facing all the conditioning plants. Cable Tv wasn't working when we used it in the evening and couldn't be fixed. They offered us to change room but were leaving the following morning so did not take it.

Vamos lá. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, tem uma piscina fantástica com opções de água aquecida, e não se espante, foi muito útil ter água aquecida. Sobre o quarto é bem espaçoso e o serviço de quarto é bom. Só um pouco ficou a desejar foi sujeira que observei na cortina e embaixo dela, parecia que não limpava a muito tempo. Sobre a localização o hotel fica na praia do Futuro, que tem um mar bem agitado e perigoso para banho. Em contrapartida, na extensão da praia você encontra beach clubes com boas estruturas e até piscina.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gran Mareiro Hotel – Fortaleza Hotel excelente, com quartos confortáveis, ótima limpeza, café da manhã variado e uma estrutura de lazer muito boa, com destaque para a piscina. A localização na Praia do Futuro é ideal para quem quer aproveitar a praia, mas fica um pouco distante das principais atrações turísticas e da vida noturna de Meireles. No geral, uma ótima opção para quem busca conforto e qualidade na hospedagem!

O quarto standard é espaçoso e bem equipado, contudo, a unidade 733 enfrenta problemas de vazamento e sujeira no box do banheiro, bem como “goteira” no ar condicionado. A piscina do hotel é maravilhosa e tem vista praia, mas o hotel no momento da reserva não avisa que talvez você tenha que tolerar pessoas de fora que utilizam/alugam a área externa pra fazer eventos com karaokê. É decepcionante viajar a lazer e não conseguir relaxar no quarto - o som chega até os quartos - ou na piscina porque pessoas estão bebendo e fazendo karaokê.
