"View on the balcony was great. Peter in reception was very kind and most helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. We stayed on New Years Eve and the fireworks were awesome.

"I highly recommend this hotel. Amazingly beautiful views, comfortable rooms, strong internet, and a friendly staff that treats you like family. They have a nice rooftop restaurant and 24 hour room service. It’s a magical place to make memories in Giza and Cairo. "

"The rooms and bathroom are really run down. The matresses were so old that the when you lie down you can feel the springs o you get sunk.
The bathroom does not have a shower curtain and the water spills all over the floor.
On the other hand, it’s well localed to go to the pyramids and the staff is nice."

"The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you need. The staff is exceptionally helpful and considerate. They are willing to go above and beyond. They helped us manage our airline ticket which was delayed by staying on the phone with the airlines. They knew our names and were welcoming to children. "

"Convenient location across from the exit of the pyramid of Giza, and a 5 minute walk from the ticket booth/entrance of the pyramids.
Mostafa makes a conscious effort to make customers comfortable, starting with a welcome drink on the rooftop and accommodative with luggage storage.
The only con is the walls are thin, so you can hear people in the hallways."
