Great facilities, clean, and well maintened; it's a shame that it's in the middle of a commercial/industrial office area with few restaurants or shops within walking distance.

We loved staying here! The pool with dj is awesome! Her music is great! The view at the roof top is fantastic! And of course food is always delicious:)

All well with exception of Coach roach in the room

The decor and overall aesthetics of this property are really phenomenal. They nailed the mid-century modern with an Arizona flare perfectly. The bedding was dreamy and smelled like lavender. The pool was perfect. The bar area was great and the drinks were terrific. Will definitely be back.

I hate when I have to go to Phoenix. But this hotel is amazing! Clean, friendly, huge room with a deep tub and a FIREPLACE!

Great place to stay! Went to a concert at the Desert Diamond Arena and it was so easy to walk there. No need to get Uber or anything. Would definitely stay here again.

I called early afternoon to see if we could check in early. The woman at the desk put me on hold while she checked. After a few minutes someone from housekeeping picked up and didn't quite understand what I wanted so I told her I'd call back and hung up. I called back about 1/2 hr later and repeated who I was and what I wanted. She snapped at me that if I show up there would be a room available. My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best hotel we ever stayed at! We checked in early and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom King suite and then when we needed our sheets changed due to my husband being sick, they went above and beyond...Note...there policy is that they do not change bed sheets and do a full service room clean until the 4th day of stay. We stayed one night at this Drury Inn in Tempe with our son and had a room with two queen beds. Everything was clean and in good condition. We enjoyed the free dinner-tacos, in the lobby and got our 3 free drinks. The bartender was friendly and efficient. My son and husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western while we were in Arizona. The only thing that upset us was we never had any room service when we had requested it. We had to get more towels as we had used ours at the pool and then no one came the next morning. So, we had to get more towels for our bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We did enjoy the pool- although it was cold. And the gym was nice minus no remote control for...
