I like to stay here because of their proximity to the airport. They provide Uber rides to/from the airport and I can park my car long term if I need to. When I can’t fly directly from home, then this is my choice. There rates are reasonable and they are clean.

It was alright, I was just there for the night and needed a cheap place near the airport. They have a $100 hold on credit card which seems to be an issue to some people. The pillows were a bit flat, and the hallways didn't have AC but the room itself was decent. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles and some bagels. No eggs or sausage or stuff like that, at least when I stayed.

This was my third stay at Greentree Inn and Suites, Phoenix Airport. Some of the reasons I stay there: Staff are always friendly and helpful (and someone is at the desk 24/7), they have a continental breakfast buffet each morning, they provide airport shuttle services as part of the stay and they have amenities like a laundry room and gym.

All the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Michael on the front desk took good care of us at check-in. The hotel is very clean, everything worked properly but it is worn out and needs refreshing. We had a nice large King-bed Suite with a separate sitting/eating room for little money. It is quiet in spite of being on a busy roadway a short distance from the airport. The free breakfast was a huge disappointment. Only cold cereal, a few bagels, a waffle maker, apples and no protein, none. If you got there near the end of breakfast, nothing had been restocked, like no more milk for cereal, no cream remaining for coffee, no plastic spoons or knives left. No staff member was servicing the breakfast buffet. They were wet mopping the eating Area floor while guests were still eating. The nearest other eating option is in a shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away via a sidewalk along a busy highway. We are booked there again in a month and can’t cancel. We will simply arrange to eat breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise, we won’t be unhappy at all. Knowing what we know, we would book again.
