It was alright, I was just there for the night and needed a cheap place near the airport. They have a $100 hold on credit card which seems to be an issue to some people. The pillows were a bit flat, and the hallways didn't have AC but the room itself was decent. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles and some bagels. No eggs or sausage or stuff like that, at least when I stayed.

This was my third stay at Greentree Inn and Suites, Phoenix Airport. Some of the reasons I stay there: Staff are always friendly and helpful (and someone is at the desk 24/7), they have a continental breakfast buffet each morning, they provide airport shuttle services as part of the stay and they have amenities like a laundry room and gym.

It was amazing!!! Very kind of them to provide ubers to and from the nearby airport. Staff was really kind and knowledgeable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hidden gem for a Sky Harbor layover! ​we stayed in a King Suite here for a half a day layover and honestly, such a great find for the price. The room was super spacious, and having a microwave and fridge in the room was super handy. ​ ​My son loved the pool and hot tub, plus they have free coffee and popcorn set out in the lobby! There is a basic gym but we didn't use it. ​Staff was super friendly and helpful. ​Shuttle situation was seamless, and they give us a rideshare voucher that works right on the rideshare app for complimentary rides to and from the airport. ​Plus super convenient location, with Whataburger and the gas station convenience store across the street are both open 24/7, which is a lifesaver for late bites. And, it’s just a quick Lyft ride to Arizona Mills where we had a great shopping time there. ​They do offer free breakfast, but we had to catch an early flight so we didn't get to try it. Overall, a perfect, hassle-free stay. Would definitely stay here again!
