Hotels in Indian River Bluff

Loved it!! Everything waa great!

We only spent one night at the hotel, on our way to Port Canaveral. Everything was great though we did not hear if there was a breakfast provided or available.

The hotel is small and right on the beach. It's not for everyone, but was perfect for us. I call it a cottage not a room. Very spacious living room (with a huge tv) and bedroom with a small kitchen and bath. The kitchen was well supplied. Perfect for the beach day! We were looking for a quiet place on the beach and we found it. The beach was nice. We went for long beach days and this was perfect. The couple who owned the hotel were very nice. We stayed for one night with 2 rooms. The check in staff was very quick and courteous. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a large variety and everything was very clean.

We chose it for closeness to the airport and closeness to the friends we were visiting.

Hotel close to beach and pier. Walking distance to restaurants grocery store and bars

The irrigation needs to be adjusted to avoid wetting passersby. Walkways through the lawns from the parking lot to the hotel are needed.

Checked in found room and necessities to be clean, modern and well stocked. It was an enjoyable stay. Personnel were friendly, Professional and attentive.

I want to use words like "quaint" and "charming," but I don't want the reader to interpret those words negatively. This is an old Florida hotel, but they have made some nice upgrades. When I say quaint and charming I mean it in a positive way. With only 11 units, even when they are completely booked there aren't a lot of guests on the grounds. Most of these beach-side resorts are so spread out that if you get a room near the beach you have to walk forever to get to the pool, and vice versa. Oh,...

Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I wasn't sure what I was going to be in for with any Extended Stay. Oftentimes those kinds of places can attract a less savory crowd. This place was perfect! It was loaded with business-oriented people, rather than long-term people or even vacationers that can be a bit rowdy. Don't let the front desk area put you off just because it seems crowded or cluttered. I promise, the rest of the hotel is nothing like the front desk. Excellent location for town and airport. Reception manager (Kim) really friendly and helpful. Good value and breakfast was an added bonus.

We were on a road trip just looking for a place to spend the night. We booked online and even though we arrived late and the office was alredy closed, we got our keys and were also able to leave before the office opened. Inside we found a lovely little house perfekt to prepare some dinner and more than enough space to sleep. Thanks for a very nice stay, I can recommend it to anyone!! (If you plan to stay longer than one night you schoud know, that the beach is only a ew steps away)
