The property as always is 10 My problem is i was charged $29.96 for not reason from the front desk I’ve been trying to communicate with the hotel and nobody answered

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff, restaurant, rooms, amenities- everything was top of the line excellent.

Excellent location for town and airport. Reception manager (Kim) really friendly and helpful. Good value and breakfast was an added bonus.

Very beautiful property

I wasn't sure what I was going to be in for with any Extended Stay. Oftentimes those kinds of places can attract a less savory crowd. This place was perfect! It was loaded with business-oriented people, rather than long-term people or even vacationers that can be a bit rowdy. Don't let the front desk area put you off just because it seems crowded or cluttered. I promise, the rest of the hotel is nothing like the front desk. My family and I absolutely loved everything about this home.. the location was exactly has we wanted a 2 min walk to the beach . The pool was fantastic . The kids loved the themed room and arcades in the house .. loved the movie room great touch.. I will definitely be there again. Thank you

Great place, the rooms are studio size with a kitchen, fridge and microwave. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The irrigation needs to be adjusted to avoid wetting passersby. Walkways through the lawns from the parking lot to the hotel are needed.

I know that others have stated the the breakfast was limited but we enjoyed the offerings and felt the breakfast offerings were more that satisfactory. The staff were super helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable . I highly recommend this hotel.

We only spent one night at the hotel, on our way to Port Canaveral. Everything was great though we did not hear if there was a breakfast provided or available.

I want to use words like "quaint" and "charming," but I don't want the reader to interpret those words negatively. This is an old Florida hotel, but they have made some nice upgrades. When I say quaint and charming I mean it in a positive way. With only 11 units, even when they are completely booked there aren't a lot of guests on the grounds. Most of these beach-side resorts are so spread out that if you get a room near the beach you have to walk forever to get to the pool, and vice versa. Oh,...

Great experience

We were on a road trip just looking for a place to spend the night. We booked online and even though we arrived late and the office was alredy closed, we got our keys and were also able to leave before the office opened. Inside we found a lovely little house perfekt to prepare some dinner and more than enough space to sleep. Thanks for a very nice stay, I can recommend it to anyone!! (If you plan to stay longer than one night you schoud know, that the beach is only a ew steps away)
