I have stayed here a couple times now and always feel comfortable and safe... even when traveling by myself. The location, although there are some closed down businesses, ect. around, is convenient to the interstate as well as restaurants, ect. The room and grounds are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also a nice touch. Overall I like this place and will most likely stay here again when visiting the area.

The Hampton Inn Melbourne is conveniently located, close to a 95 exit. Our first day we headed for several of the great Melbourne thrift stores, where we found exactly what we were looking for. We drove to friendly restaurants not far away in town. The Hampton Inn breakfast was fresh and good. All in all, a good place to stay.

A/C was loud and rattled while running, didn’t cool consistently. Something dark brown was smeared across inside of bathroom door. Curtains were broken and partially hanging off the rail. USB and accessory outlets broken / not functional. Ongoing painting / repairs / renovations on first floor. There were also a lot of gnats flying around throughout the hotel, including inside our room. This hotel gets 3 stars - one because we were able to check in early, one because the location was convenient, and one because the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly impressive.

Great relaxing hotel

Staying just for 1night after flight from the UK, 10 mins drive and a lovely hotel to relax. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is so clean everything feels great. Free coffee and cookies and breakfast included, will definitely do this again next year. 5 minutes drive from Publix and other stores so very convenient, also near the 192 for our journey onward to Kissimmee
