The room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and kind.

The facility was very interesting, the rooms were quite comfortable but the bed and the linens were to die for. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed outside of my own. I don’t know how they launder the linens but they softness and fresh clean scent of the sheets, pillowcases and even the bath towels was amazing.

initially, I was upset because I was charged then told that my reservation was not in the system. Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both.

Nice place at a reasonable rate. 20-30 minutes away from Universal Studios. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Universal Studios.

You get more for what you pay for, the rooms are big and very clean, any time I’m in town I always try and stay here if it’s not sold out.

Always a great stay. But the lady at the front desk at night is not very friendly or welcoming. But it’s always a comfortable stay when I stay here I love this place and location.

No real staff onsite. Fully digital checkin. High deposit amount.

Only negative is on Expedia. could not find if parking was free or cost extra. It implied it was included. Luckily before I booked I read the reviews and could see from others they charge 25$ a night

Great location, friendly staff, close to Warner Bros and Olive's is a great close restaurant. Pool was nice. Cool that they had several movies/shows filmed here as displayed on their Wall of Fame. Would stay again.

This location was perfect. Close to restaurants that you could walk to. Close to shopping and the metro station. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the hallways smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean but not heated

Beautiful property. Looks new and loved the room and pool, very clean. The best part is there are EV charging on site, so convenient! Will stay here again the next time I’m in LA!

Great place to stay. There's a nice garage to park your car for under $10 just around the corner on Orange. Valet is $44.

Perfectly pleasant for the quick overnight stay I needed. Older style, very clean. Parking surprisingly easy.
