This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....
I am so happy we stayed here! The staff was super friendly. Easy check in and the hotel was very clean and the rooms for a family of 4 with kids was very spacious and comfortable! Walked with luggage from Milan Termini. Breakfast omg the spread and selection was EXCELLENT and very tasty! Do not hesitate to stay here!! Rodriguez Family from Texas!!
We loved our stay at the Hyatt, only thing we regret was not including breakfast in our stay because we had to pay extra $60 for 2 adults every morning. Breakfast is great, every day is the same but good food.
The staff at the breakfast Buffer were amazing, friendly and kind. The cleaning ladies were great too.

We stayed in toom 706 and it had a good view of the city. It was large room and good size bathroom. The shower was small but enough for avg size people. The metro was town the street and a super market. It was a diverse neighborhood and i liked the fact that it wasnt in city center so less noisy. Plenty of parking on the street that you have to pay for from 8am to 1pm which is about one usd an hour.
This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose it because we had an early flight and it is close to the airport, but we did not realize it's lack of convenience to the train station and historical old city. We used subways to get to these places because taxis are expensive in Milan.
They had a wonderful breakfast buffet and they even put together breakfast bags for us upon request for the morning we were leaving because it was before the buffet opened.
The hotel is beautiful. Large rooms. Clean and most importantly clean showers. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The VIP access option is only good if you are parking a car on premises. Location is great, near tons of restaurants and shops. Only downfall is the trolley makes noise that you hear. Great hotel for families.
I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. The staff are beyond helpful and made our stay wonderful from the check in to the last moment. Thank you everyone. It is definitely on our list of hotels to recommend and to visit again. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. the hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. Excellent service. This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests needs. It is located in the city center, so most activities are at walkable distance. You can literally walk to the Duomo.
If I’m ever back to Milan, I will book this hotel again
