"Nice stay and shuttle to airport"

"Best thing about the hotel is its downtown centrality. A visitor to Calgary may find it disorienting, but it's location allows a visitor to find their place within the city, be aware of the city's amenities, and sur of the airport 's locality. Staf are friendly and assisting."

"Friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of multiple food options, trains, and running path. There’s always a queue of taxis at the front and a bus to Banff, if wanted. It was also within walking distance of the Stampede Parade!"

"The Grand Hotel (Royal Hotel) is a good place to stay, especially for business. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will certainly stay here again when I come back to Calgary."
