O único problema foi o banheiro demorava muito para esquentar a água e quando esquentava ela esfriava do nada e saia um cheiro muito forte do banheiro q encontrava muito, tinhamos q deixar a porta fechada para evitar o cheiro no quarto todo. Very clean hotel, great location, and everyone working there spoke decent english and were very helpful. We were there for the Santa Cruz Trek on our own, and they helped us with info on where to get the collectivo to get there and gave us advice on what time to leave and how much to expect to pay, etc. If you stay there, definitely don't skip their breakfasts! Nice fresh bread, juice and fruits, eggs, butter and jam...
Muy cómodo, seguro y limpio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Queda a pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, suficientemente cerca para tener acceso a los servicios de la ciudad y moderadamente lejos para no sentir el ruido. La altura no molesta, Carhuaz está a 2600 msnm. El nombre de CASA le va muy bien, uno se siente en familia desde el momento en que llega. Perfecto lugar de base para explorar el Callejón de Huaylas.
