"We had an overall great stay, just like last year. We love how warm and inviting the entire experience is - cider and cookies and popcorn! My son left his backpack in our room and Clarisa took it to UPS to have it shipped to our house. Clarisa is probably the best part of our experience - she’s welcoming, helpful, and genuinely interested in the guests. Aspen is lucky to have this hotel for those of us who don’t have oodles of $ but still love to visit this town. Please don’t ever sell :). "

"This place was right on Main street, but could barely hear the traffic. Our room was on the third floor. It was spotless with plenty of room for 5. We were pleasantly surprised with the kitchen utensils, plates, bowls and glasses that were available.
Coffee was available from the front office. Also a grocery store was about 5 blocks away. "
