We had a lovely stay! The hotel is clean, bright, and very comfortable with a wonderful modern design in the rooms as well as common spaces. Parking is plentiful in the well-lit garage under the hotel. My son and I stayed at this Inn and we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived after dark and check in was quick and thorough. Our room was very nice in size and had a mini fridge, large TV, small coffee maker, microwave, couch, ironing board and iron, along with soaps and shampoos. We came to Longmont from Portland, Oregon, for a class and chose the Niwot Inn from the options we found online. Great place to stay in Boulder...short walk to Pearl Street for tons of dining and nightlife options. Gorgeous lobby and bar area. The hotel gym is one of the best I've experienced.

The hostel portion was definitely a bunkhouse arrangement, but adequately quiet, descrete, and safe.

The breakfast offers a wide variety and a staff person is attentive to replenish the options. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed 10 nights with no problems. Because of the pandemic, housekeeping doesn't enter the rooms but we could always get fresh towels, etc. as needed. We could have changed rooms after five nights but felt no need to. This was our second stay here and we are sure to return.

Don't let the modest exterior deter you. The rooms are better than they need to be at this price point and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. For my quick trip it was great.

The thing I like most is the shuttle service. It's free within 5 miles. It's so convenient for customers like me. And staffs are friendly most of time. This hotel is like brand new. Everything is clean and shining. The breakfast room is spacious with luxury lamps. The hot breakfast is various. I love this hotel. It's much better than I expect and I think it's the best hotel I ever lived.

Hotel located near UC Boulder. Redone rooms. Clean and quiet. We boxed through a third party and asked for king bed. At check in we were told a king bed and when we arrived it was two queens. I called down and the attendant said they are very booked and could only give us a king for one of the nights we booked so giving us the Queen allowed us to stay in the same room. No big deal.

This place was so nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and very clean. The free breakfast was really good as well.

Good and pet friendly

We checked in to the Hampton after looking at hotels on line. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and gave directions on parking. Was very nice in providing us extra pillows and showing us the location of the ice machine instead of just pointing.
