Nice big rooms

I loved that it was so clean and so close to downtown. It also felt very safe since I was traveling alone.

The man at the front desk was so kind and very helpful.

Great access to local shops

Breakfast was wonderful Great variety. Room was spacious and up to date Only drawback wish there was a bathtub Location was easy to navigate close to shops Staff was helpful Short stay Would book Hampton again

Super Clean, New interior carpet and finishes, Great Shower, Large Screen TV, couch in the King Bed room. Only issue for me is a Very Firm Bed. Also feel like they should automatically provide more than 2 towels.

I didn't really need the kitchen area, but if I was staying there more than one night, it would of been great! Although, I still used the refrigerator and usually use a microwave. It was nice that we each got 2 cups of coffee with the coffee maker and we liked the breakfast.

The room was clean, the staff were great, and breakfast was good.

Pleased with this hotel. Very clean, but thin ceilings, floors and walls. I heard all walking above me and i could hear the water from toilets flushing and showers. I could clearly hear everyone coming out of the elevator. Needed earplugs to sleep.

It was right off the freeway. Very nice. Friendly staff. The room was large with a large bathroom and soaking tub private separate toilet. Large closet with a safe Fridge with microwave. Coffee maker had the pods. Balcony was overlooking water very nice quiet and relaxing view. All in all very good. The price was 170 well worth it compared to a 110 downtown Oakland and almost forgot free parking and no homeless around. Thank you Best Western and staff.

Very nice hotel right next to the Amtrak station. We took the train so location was perfect. However, you will hear trains running day and night. Very clean room, comfortable bed, great shower. Fridge and microwave. Great breakfast buffet. Walk to wonderful food court place with many options.

Nice, comfortable hotel. I was fortunate to come when I did because the parking gate was up so I didn't have to pay for parking. I'm guessing it was due to it being on the weekend. Breakfast choices were varied and good

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. The room was quiet and very well designed. Little details in the design were smart and made it super comfortable. Love the blackout shades and the shade in the “window” of the bathroom. Nice to have a foot bar in the shower. There were no plastic bags in the garbages. Loved the floor material. Super...
