This hotel is beautiful. Staff is very friendly, bar is great along with watching football games. Extremely clean, rooms are gorgeous and so is the pool.

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk was very nice and informative. The room was sooooo nice and clean. There are numerous restaurants, plenty of stores to shop, Dave & Busters, movie theater, escape room all directly across the street. The pool is nice too.

The hotel was nice. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything looked nice and modern. You won't be fooled by nice pics in the posting and then get something very disappointing when you get there. I wasn't able to enjoy the shops and dining across the street but was located close with plenty of good and safe options in the area.

The rooms were good and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was I got charged $38 for parking for one day

onsite restaurant is only open limited hours. You have to pay for parking. The pool area needs to be cleaned more. The staff was super friendly and gave great suggestions. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet room, but pretty much everything is a paid extra. $19/day for parking in this area is absurd.

Bed was comfortable, room was pretty clean. They don’t stock the room with enough towels for the amount of people you put on your reservation, which was the only inconvenience. Over all happy with my stay.

It was very nicely upgraded from the last time I stayed there. I was down to go to a funeral and this hotel was centrally located to all events I needed to attend. I also found eating places surrounded the hotel I would definatly would stay there again.

6/10 Good

Overall, we had a good stay at the Hilton Concord. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. The food was okay — not bad, but there’s room for improvement. However, the water pressure in the shower was too low, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the excellent customer service made up for it, and we would consider staying here again.

My husband travels often for business, and sometimes appointments get moved around unexpectedly. When that happens, he needs a comfortable place to land early, and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly accommodating with an early check-in. This hotel is perfect for business travelers—centrally located, comfortable, and convenient. His room even had a beautiful mountain view. On top of that, his dining experience was 10/10. We will definitely be booking here again!
