"We had a great overnight family of 4 stay. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly very good! The beds as well as the pillows were very comfortable. The only negative was the bathroom sink drained a little slow so I only gave it four stars under the cleanliness rating."

"Clean room, decent breakfast options (although the scrambled eggs were terribly overcooked and gray the first morning; fine on the second). My main complaint is the lack of on-site parking and no advance warning prior to booking. Luckily we have handicap parking permits which gave us some flexibility within Gainseville's rules."

"The breakfast was very good, but the woman that was in the breakfast room arranging the food was extremely rude. She treated my 80 year old mother very bad. I complained to the front desk and they said many people have complained about her. I don't understand why the manager does not do anything about it. "

"Asked to clean the room the day before and day of to three different people including the general manager. Room wasn’t cleaned. Tease you about Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies but never gave it. Get rid of the oven. Breakfast items run out and they don’t replenish."
