"The room was pleasant and always clean for us after a long day. Breakfast was always on the table before we showed up to the table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk away from the Plaza de Armas, quite place if you like to stay away from the noise. "

"Very nice location and friendly staff ； room is not big, but adequate; will stay again if I am back to Arequipa"

"Everything about the stay was wonderful. Kind, helpful staff. Great peaceful spot, hot water, lots of trees, big comfortable room, huge breakfast. Great value. Walking distance from and old Moline museum, horseback, quad rides. I am glad that I went. Thank you."

"Perfecto para explorar Arequipa Un lugar acogedor, limpio y con una excelente ubicación, fuera del trafico y ruido de la ciudad. Me encanto las bebidas calientes disponible las 24 horas. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Todo lindo. "

"We spent three nights at Katari hotel in Arequipa (May 2026). You can't beat the location, right on the central plaza! They serve a very nice breakfast (made to order) on the open-air terrace overlooking the Plaza de Armas. It was so peaceful and lovely. We also had drinks at sunset from the same terrace. Loved it! The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water (although there was one day when it was not as hot). From the hotel...

"My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was great. The woman at the front desk was very helpful! The breakfast in the morning was nice including fresh juice. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas or a short taxi ride for 5 soles. The only draw back was there was no heating or air conditioning in the room. The only ventilation we had was if we openned our doors to the balcony. The balcony was shared with 2 other rooms. While we were there no one else stayed...

"La habitación olia terrible. Las cobijas super pesadas. Colchon incomodo, muy blando. Ruido desde 4 Am no deja dormir. Desayuno solo tenia opcion de jugo, pan y cafe. Pan durisimo."

"The dining manager, Jaime, was amazing. Kudos for a great service."

"It was a good experience overall, the room was amazing and clean and of course comfortable. The only inconvenience was that our room didn't had hot water at first, but they resolved it right away."

"Wow what a find this hotel was. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful character filled building and our room was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. The breakfast on the rooftop with fabulous views of the mountains and volcanoes each morning was a real highlight. Our host Eddy was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and we really enjoyed chatting with him and learning about Arequipa. This was by far the best hotel that we stayed in during our 3...

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. They allowed us a couple extra hours at checkout, to work better with our travel schedule. At night with the windows open, there was a fair amount of noise from the city center, but you will have that with any hotel close to the center. "

"Beautiful traditional ‘tambo’ really nice done. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Breakfast on the upstairs terrace was lovely. Accommodating for very early arrivals/departures. "

"Fabulous stay at Palla. Great location with amazing views. The staff were great and our rooms were comfortable and well appointed. "

"We loved this hotel. Colonial style, beautiful property and gorgeous terraces to enjoy the sun outside your room. Breakfast was really nice and in a beautiful setting. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on a colca canyon overnight hike and they not only stored our luggage but they prepared a take away breakfast as we left at 3am. We booked the Andean massage which was so good. We had Maria and Bennie. The massage room is gorgeous as is the spa which you get access to for an hour...

"Great newly opened hotel within a walking distance to all there is to see in the city centre. The hotel is so new, that everything in the rooms is brand new, including comfortable, beautiful, white blankets. They even layer blankets for you to stay warm in cold Arequipa nights. They have great reviews, but they are so new that they didn't have time to get more reviews, so I'm leaving this review to thank them for the great experience. The service was great, they upgraded our room with no...
