The location is fantastic! Walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars. Stores nearby.
The hosts communicate very well. Anything we needed, they were on it right away with a text and let us know when to expect them.

Great place for a weekend in Key West. The building and grounds were very clean. It was nice to have a bar at the pool. Pool is big and no one is floating on top of another. I would stay there again.
The Duval House was absolutely precious. The garden courtyard was beautifully taken care of with plenty of nooks to sit in. The pool is mostly shaded for the hottest part of the day, which seemed especially valuable in comparison to other BnBs. Our room was very comfortable with probably the best bed I’ve been in at a hotel or BnB. And all of the staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Even KissKiss, the property cat, made the rounds to our room to make sure everything was in perfect...
The Grand Guesthouse is a gem in Key West! The host was outstanding and the facility was lovely. Breakfast was simple but nice, and the Happy Hour was an added bonus. We had a nice suite- a bedroom and a living/kitchen area.
The room was nicely appointed and it was straightened by the staff each day. The room was very clean! Overall, my wife and I were impressed!

The service was over the top! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and always looking to do more. Room and hotel had a boutique feel that you don't see with the chain hotels. Also the location is ideal. One block off the action. Duval street is loud and crazy, but turn into the hotel and it suddenly becomes quite and comfortable. We will definitely be back
Great for a relaxing weekend, quiet hotel not too far from the main tourist center. We love the shuttle service provided by the hotel and his driver Gerry who guided us in every short trips. The only advice to the hotel is to provide the housekeeping service everyday without being requested by the guest, we expected this service to be included since the hotel charged an extra 51.00 usd per night!
Walkable location. Older hotel, newly refurbished rooms. Great air conditioning. Nice pool. Omelet station for breakfast. Kind , helpful staff, would stay here again
The Douglas House served as a perfect home base while in Key West. The location allows for easy access to all Duval has to offer. Really enjoyed being able to hear the national anthem being played every morning at 8 from the Navy base..
The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Everyone was wonderful. The property was immaculate. The hotel was a perfect location. The only negative would be that the Disney cruise ship passengers were able to use the amenities such as the pool restroom. The restroom was located by the pool so we had to wait in line at least 15 minutes. Would have been faster going back to our room but that would be annoying.
The hotel and staff were all very nice. The location was within a short walk to many restaurants and activities. There were on site bikes, scooters, and golf carts to rent. The only thing that would have been better was a shuttle from the hotel to the airport.
The grounds of the property are absolutely beautiful. The gardens are well-maintained and we loved perusing them. Both pool areas are wonderful, and the amenities such as the bathhouse, lounge, library, and BBQ area are first rate. The room was to our liking and matched the aesthetic of Key West. Walking distance to nearby attractions was approximately 10 minutes and very easy, and the bakery just down the street was wonderful for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack. We will absolutely stay again...
Tucked into the very quiet Truman Annex, the Weatherstation Inn was a great find. It is an old house, built in 1911. If you enjoy old, quiet inns with reconfigured spaces, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for uniform, sleek and modern, then head on down the road. The continental breakfast was just right with delicious pastries from local bakery and the bed was comfy. Perhaps the most perfect aspect of the inn is the parking space where we parked our vehicle upon arrival and did...
We traveled as a family with 3 small children, so we liked having a hotel away from Duval street. It was convenient being a 5 min shuttle drive from the airport to the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a good size. We liked that the pool was heated too. We ate breakfast at the hotel most days, and the food was pretty good with attentive service. The shuttle to the downtown area was about 10-15 mins away and dropped off/picked up at a good location around a lot of good...
Had a very pleasant stay in a small room at the back where I could relax enough to recover from a mental health condition because of people who are offensive.
