Loved the key west aesthetic that managed to feel like you were staying in a home vs a hotel. The outdoor pool was very clean and the bar drinks were good. Huge bonus that they let you use the pool and hot tub 24 hours a day. We needed a cell phone delivered and the staff was super helpful and on top of making sure it got to us. Location is perfect; on a pretty street very close to everything including beaches and all the bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Several spiders in the room. Noise at the pool at 1am,2am…3am. Front desk did nothing. Noise complaints did nothing. Loved that they made you sign an agreement at check-in that says you waive your right to a chargeback/billing dispute. Ive never heard of people charging back hotel rooms, but I can see why they may have had an issue with that after staying at the property with the noise.
